We told ya'll that posts may come sporadically, although even your blogmeister thinks that nine months is over-doing it a bit. We'll try for shorter intermissions from now on... promise... no, really...

Okay, it's getting to be that time of year again. No, we don't mean 'Talk Like a Pirate Day'... that's a few months off yet. However, this installment of BuffaloWingz is kinda sorta somewhat vaguely related to pirates, in that the name of the featured bird is a
synon sinon cinnamon... the name of the featured bird means 'pirate'.
The Geneseo airshow approacheth... and over the years we've been fortunate to see many different types at Genny, including a few Vought F4U Corsairs. Now, your blogmeister is not what you'd call a 'Corsair Man'. He's rather indifferent toward the type and can take it or leave it. But he does admit that the bent-wing-bird is kinda groovy lookin'... it's pretty photogenic, actually. And besides, if we're gonna try to keep this-here cyber-rag from going to sleep for another nine months, we gotta post whatever we can get our hands on.
